1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JummahPlanner, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

JummahPlanner provides tools for managing Friday prayer rotas, volunteer sign-ups, automated reminders, and public-facing prayer schedules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of content you upload (names, photos, topics). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it as part of the service (e.g. Imam photos on public pages, WhatsApp blurbs).

7. Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Organisation admins are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from their volunteers before entering their personal data into the platform.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JummahPlanner's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your organisation at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
